We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may request a return within 28 days of the shipment date.
Return Eligibility
- Product must be in its original packaging and not used.
- Customized items are non-returnable.
- Products purchased as part of a kit or package must be returned with all components.
- Sale items and gift cards can not be returned.
- For non-quality issue returns, a 10%–25% restocking fee will apply.
- Sample purchases have a NO REFUND/NO RETURN policy.
Product Damages or Incorrect
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
How to Start a Return

- Once your return request has been approved, we will send you an email with instructions and the return address.
- Please do not send back any items without prior approval—unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refunds

Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to place a new order for the product you want after your return has been accepted.
Warranty
At our discretion, [Emayuu] reserves the right to refund, repair, or replace items covered under warranty. All replacement or repair solutions are determined on a case-by-case basis.
