Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may request a return within 28 days of the shipment date.

Return Eligibility

  • Product must be in its original packaging and not used.
  • Customized items are non-returnable.
  • Products purchased as part of a kit or package must be returned with all components.
  • Sale items and gift cards can not be returned.
  • For non-quality issue returns, a 10%–25% restocking fee will apply.
  • Sample purchases have a NO REFUND/NO RETURN policy.

Product Damages or Incorrect

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

How to Start a Return

  2. Once your return request has been approved, we will send you an email with instructions and the return address.
  3. Please do not send back any items without prior approval—unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to place a new order for the product you want after your return has been accepted.

Warranty

At our discretion, [Emayuu] reserves the right to refund, repair, or replace items covered under warranty. All replacement or repair solutions are determined on a case-by-case basis.
